For the team: Design and develop a dynamic website that can be accessed by mobile phones and has the functionality of what the ENVIRONMENT definition describes.
For the users: Have the option to retrieve and post messages using the location aware ENVIRONET system. Get the chance to be authors and clients of the system and consequently to have an enhanced experience with their physical environment.

The audience/users: Ideally is general public. In order to proof the concept we are using the scenario with the Latin ethnic groups in the community of Elephant and Castle. Therefore the target audience is Latin American people that live in UK.
